Papain
Papain is a natural fruit extract enzyme found in Papaya. It has a mild gentle peeling action, thereby improving rough and dull skin Papain is a single-chained polypeptide with three disulfide bridges and a sulfhydryl group necessary for the activity of the enzyme. Papain acts on aging cuticle and breaks down aging cells aiding peeling and whitening.
