SpecWhite VAC is a derivative of Vitamin A, which is oil soluble, and has good compatibility. It can promote the proliferation of keratinocytes in the basal layer of the epidermis, while regulating the shedding speed of keratinized keratinocytes; it can also stimulate the synthesis of type I and type II procollagen.
